Shipping & handling within the mainland UK is as follows: -
£2.25 per order Uk Mainland only. Orders for magazines only, will be charged postage at cost. We will ring to advise you of the postage charge prior to sending.
FREE Shipping if your order is over £40.
Orders outside of mainland UK will be charged shipping at cost (if you would like to be advised of the estimated shipping costs before despatch, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order). Normal shipping charges do not apply on some orders.
Actual shipping costs will be charged on certain items. This will be clearly shown along with the product description at the time of product selection. (If you would like to be advised of the actual postage before despatch, please indicate it in the special instructions section at the time of your order).
Shipping policies are subject to change without notice.
Please note that Parcelforce & Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages with neighbours etc.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched then you can return the goods at your own expense for a refund of the value of the goods only.
You have 7 days after you receive your goods to let us know that you are returning them after which we will consider you happy with your purchase.
If your package arrives damaged please keep the outside wrapping and if possible take a photo of the damaged item. This will enable us to pursue the post office for compensation. We will consider replacing lost or damaged stock if you endeavour to take these measures.
If you are local and would like to collect your order from the shop please ring us on 01634 366355 or e-mail on sales@scrapbooksisters.co.uk for confirmation. Orders will be held in the shop for 7 days after which the order will be cancelled.
Monies will not be debited from your account until you collect your order so please bring your card/cheque with you. Misuse of this facility will result in shop collection being withdrawn.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally despatched within 2-4 working days (may vary in busy periods) and are sent Royal Mail First Class, Recorded or Parcelforce.
Parcelforce is used when packages exceed 1kg in weight - Parcelforce deliveries do take longer to arrive at their destination. You may request special shipping instructions, such as Special Delivery, but these options will incur additional charges.

Please note that Parcelforce & Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages with neighbours etc. Royal Mail Recorded & Parcelforce Standard do not offer guaranteed delivery times, merely "delivery aims" so please allow up to 28 days for delivery - we will always, on request, provide you with your Recorded Delivery tracking number and despatch date if you wish to find out the status of your package with your local delivery office.
Packages leave Scrapbook Sisters in perfect condition; claims for damage caused to goods whilst in transit must be made to the carrier responsible - we recommend your taking a photograph of any damage to assist any claim.
Returns Policy
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded.
We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved.
We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.

Colours and sizes.
While we try to ensure that the images are as accurate as possible, computer systems can display colours differently, therefore the colour of the actual product may vary slightly to that shown on our website.
