After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We regret that the online store does not show "real time" stock availability. After ordering, you will receive an automated email response acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this acknowledgement is not an order confirmation, your order is confirmed at the point at which payment is taken at the time of despatch.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not back order; postage charges will be adjusted should out of stock items put your order at a different postage level. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

We accept cheques made payable to Scrapbook Sisters and sent to us at Scrapbook Sisters, 1b Norreys Road, Rainham, Kent. ME8 9AJ. Please ensure that a contact number is clearly written on the back of your cheque.

We do not back order out of stock items, please reorder at a later date.

Tax Charges
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate, currently 17.5%. Orders shipped outside of the EU will are shipped VAT free and these calculations will be made at the time of despatch and not shown on order confirmations.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
