All Digi Stamp artwork on this site has been created by Scrapbook Sisters, or our exclusive Designers, Gayle Bond and Sally West who come under the copyright protection of Scrapbook Sisters. We reserve all rights to all of our illustrations.

While you may sell the cards you create, you may not redistribute Scrapbook Sister Digi Stamp images, including sharing, copying, lending or reselling them.

The use of Scrapbook Sisters Digital images in web design such as banners/headers/blog design/clipart is also not permitted without our permission.

Scrapbook Sisters images/products are not to be made into physical rubber stamps (mounted or unmounted), die-cuts or any other derivative product although we reserve the right to take this option at a later date.

Although you are purchasing our digital images, you are not purchasing the rights for reproducing the artwork, the characters or the digital images in any way. You may only use them for your hand made craft projects on a non-commercial basis.

Angel policy

We are an angel company so you can sell any cards you create.
You do not need to credit the use of Scrapbook Sisters products, although this is appreciated. You cannot create card toppers, die-cuts or other items for people to make their own cards, and offer them for sale. Once purchased, you cannot print off our images and sell them yourself.

Your cancellation and refund rights

No refunds will be granted for Scrapbook Sisters digital products. No right of cancellation exists under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for downloaded/electronic goods.
